Refund policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sunveil.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
